Competition for Sammy's Super T-Shirt: Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. Competition starts on Friday 5th April 2013 at 7am (GMT).

2. Competition closing date is 10pm (BST) on Tuesday 30th April 2013.

3. The winning prize is a ‘Replica Sammy’s T-Shirt’ from Children’s Film Foundation’s 1978 cult adventure ‘Sammy’s Super T-Shirt. There will be 1 winner in total. Please not we cannot guarantee that the tshirt will give you any super powers, as shown in the film.

4. Four runner ups will receive a CFF ‘The Race is on’ DVD. Only one prize will be awarded per person

5. To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

6. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Brightsolid Online Innovation and their affiliated agencies.

7. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition. You can enter for free by any of the methods listed in Clause 8 (Internet Access is required).

8. Multiple entries are all accepted.

9. There are two ways to officially enter the competition:

10. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

11. The winner will be chosen by the Friends Reunited and their decision will be final.

12. The closing date is as specified above. Friends Reunited reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

13. If you win a prize in the competition, we will notify you using the method you chose to enter by Friday 31st May 2013. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. You will not be notified if you are not a winner.

14. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

15. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

16. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

17. Friends Reunited will endeavour to send the winning prize one month after winners have been announced, but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

18. The winning entry and winners’ name will be made available on request and published on the Friends Reunited website and the Friends Reunited facebook page. By entering the competition the winners agree to the publication of their names and winning entries.

19. By entering the competition the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Friends Reunited require.

20. By entering the competition, you are agreeing that Friends Reunited is permitted to use any copyright in and to the entry submitted for any purpose, which may include publicity, marketing and promotional use and in any format whether now or in the future.

21. Friends Reunited excludes all liability under these terms, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused in connection with the competition.

Bored of giving the same old designer fragrances as Valentine’s day gifts? We have the answer for those on the lookout for a slightly more unusual gift - the Friends Reunited ‘Scents of a Decade’.

We have created three limited edition unisex fragrances designed to capture your memories of the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s by matching smells to iconic and memorable events from those decades.

To be in with a chance of winning one of five ‘Scents of a Decade’ sets we have to give away, visit Friends Reunited or our Facebook page and describe one smell which you’ve come across in your life that you will never forget, and don’t forget to tell us why! We will choose the five funniest, most interesting tales from the entries as fragrances

To enter the competition and to be in a chance of winning this up-close-and-personal music photography experience; simply add your own photos of the Rolling Stones along with your Rolling Stones stories to our dedicated memory box.
